Recent experience includes the planning and monitoring of a mixed-use residential development comprising of ground works, roads & utilities, logistics and services, residential construction, including 8 blocks comprising of 750 apartment units, retail units, cinema, restaurants and hotel as well as a basement for 700 cars.

 Dr Rob Chapman

A risk management specialist with 25 years of risk management experience gained across 14 industries working within 7 countries. Robert was elected a fellow of the IRM, APM and ICM for contributions made to the field of risk management. He is a qualified architect with an MSC in Construction Management and a PhD in risk management.  He has provided risk management training on behalf of multiple organisations, managed risk management teams in South Africa, Malaysia and the UK and has been shortlisted for a global risk management award.  As an architect, design manager, project manager, change control manager and risk manager he has worked across all stages of the project life cycle and seen construction implementation from multiple perspectives.

 Nick Birbara

A Senior Risk and Asset Management Systems Consultant in Technology and Engineering with a broad background in Rail, Transport Operations, Telecomms, Construction Projects, Property / FM and Defence.  Significant experience of Government and Private Sector clients in Australia and the UK.  Clients have included Alcan Aluminum, Sydney Olympic Park, City of Sydney Council, Jacobs, Laing O’Rourke, Fujitsu and Hitachi Electrical for risk analysis, business planning, Health and Safety, compliance audits, project management, training and development programs.

As Senior Operational Risk Manager for London Underground achieved accreditation to ISO55001 Asset Management standard, only the 2nd metro worldwide to achieve such recognition. Engagements at HS2 and Network Rail High Speed focus on strategic asset management, operational efficiency and adding value through active management of risk and opportunities.

Nick has an MBA is a certified OHS Management Systems Auditor, Member of the Institute of Risk Management and former chair of the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), Sydney branch. An expert in the creation of resource and cost loaded projects and also in development and automation of a variety of interactive reports and dashboards including: resource forecasting; Earned Value reports and Project Controls integration for Finance (e.g. SAP) and Planning tools (e.g. Primavera).
